   All stories, poems, song lyrics, or any submission made by the member are the sole property (unless already owned by another entity) of that member and may not be used for any purpose other than for reading purposes by others on penwrights.com. Any member who knowingly uses other member's materials in any way or plagarizes that material will be barred from the penwrights.com network.

   penwrights.com will not redistrubute any member's submissions without that member's prior consent.

   You should assume that everything you see or read on the Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted, and may not be used except as provided in these Terms and Conditions without the written permission of the content owner.

2. Content:

   Content in stories and poems may sometimes be offensive to certain individuals, but is usually necessary to make a point or to instill the proper mood of the situation. penwrights.com realizes this need, but does not in any way necessarily support or agree with any statement made by such content.

   Possible offensive content may include (but is not limited to), explicit language, graphical violence, nudity, racisim, sexism, violent crime, and blasphemy. Viewers are warned to read at their own risk.

   If content is reported to be extremely offensive and in poor taste, penwrights.com may make a judgement to remove the content from the site. In such a case, the member who owns the material will be notified and copies of any critiques to the submitted content will be supplied to them.

   Obvious and distasteful pornography will not be tolerated. If certain submissions contain extreme pornography or sexual content that are present as part of a deeper story or plot line and are deemed necessary to the advancement of the plot, then an exception will be made.

   Your use of and browsing in the Site are at your risk. Neither penwrights.com nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site. penwrights.com also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Site.

   Member's identities will remain completely anonymous unless they elect to provide penwrights.com with their personal information. In that event the information will only be viewable as part of the member's profile to other members and will not be used by penwrights.com for any commercial purpose.

4. Agreement:

   By agreeing to these terms:

   • You agree to maintain an "active" status in the site. "active" is defined as having logged in and participating in the general activities the site offers such as critiquing other member's submissions at least one (1) time in a thirty (30) day period. If you are posting work, then the level of activity rises to two (2) critiques/comments to every one (1) submission posted.
   • You are hereby granting penwrights.com the right to display any posted material to the user's of the penwrights.com network.
   • You release penwrights.com from any liabilities or damages related to the ownership, distribution, material presented by, or any other portion of any submission made.
   • You will not use penwrights.com for any unlawful activity.
   • You will not plagarize any material posted on penwrights.com for personal use. Any quotes or references should be properly sited or permission should be obtained by the owner.
   • You will respect other's work by making constructive criticism and not degrading or insulting remarks.
